The cookie cutters are make in house and will go through a quality inspection before shipping. 

Our current processing times for cookie cutters are 1-3 business days (Weekends and Holidays are not counted as business days) however we will do our best to ship as quickly as possible. 

Once your package is delivered - buyer must inspect the product and report any issues within 7 - 10 business days.
