Processing Times

All products are processed in house in our home with care. Our standard processing times are 1-3 days for in stock items. Additional time may be needed for items out of stock or larger orders. We take pride in great communication to keep you informed, as well as trying to get your order out as soon as possible. If you have a hard need by date, please be sure to order early to prevent missing your deadline.

Shipping Policy

Most of our products are shipped First Class Mail unless it is a heavier item. Our standard shipping time is 2-6 days. While we aim to achieve this, due to current situations with the global supply chain disruption, employee shortages and weather, a small percentage of shipments could see a delay in delivery based on your location. This is out of our control so please make sure if you need an item please ensure you are giving yourself some extra time. We are not guaranteeing deliveries as this is not in our control.

Return  Policy

Most of our items are personalized therefore we do not accept returns, issue refunds or exchanges unless we have made a mistake. If we have made a mistake we will certainly refund or replace as soon as we are notified. Most of our items comes with Care Instructions that should be read closely as if not followed your item could be ruined at your own fault for failure to follow instructions. You will need to send us a photo to show the condition of the item and we will access the issue.

Please take your time when completing your order form at check out, as your item will be prepared as entered when its comes to personalization. We will only issue refunds or replacements is we made the mistake ourselves. If you spell wrong or select the wrong size that is not our fault and we will not replace a personalized item for this issue.

You will be eligible for refund or replacement if: you entered a specific size and we shipped the wrong size, you entered the correct color by name and we shipped you the wrong color, you requested a specific font and we used the wrong one, or requested a specific design and we produced the wrong one.

Please remember many of our items are handmade with love and due to various steps and applications in the production process you may find slight imperfections. These imperfections are what makes the time unique and gain character. We will always try our best to make items similar if the application allows
